We were lucky enough to recently win a Rider Gilet from 4DflexiSPORT and Barbara very kindly fitted Ash out with her size this week.
From previous elbow injuries as a child, Ash is very crooked and it’s impacted her scapula and hip causing alignment issues. The gilet is already making an improvement to the way Ash rides after only two sessions, even resulting in hers and Ross’ first jump together this morning 🥰
We are extremely grateful to Barbara for choosing us as competition winners and for taking time out of her day to measure and fit the gilet, as well as talking us through the science behind it all. If you are interested in helping your position in the saddle, please follow the page!

There's nothing like it to improve your riding

As a rider, I find the gilet improves my balance and symmetry in the saddle. From a coach's perspective, I don't have to constantly nag my students and clients about posture.

As a 3 star event rider, I found the Rider Gilet absolutely essential in my recovery from a terrible rotational fall 4yrs ago. I sustained multiple fractures and I certainly couldn't have got back to riding as quickly as I did without it. Now I use it as a posture maintenance tool and for keeping me at my absolute best in the saddle. Incidentally, I find it also helps me recover faster after competitions. I'm very happy to recommend the gilet to clients which means I can concentrate on their riding rather than nagging them about posture.

Love it!
I love the rider gilet I purchased. I'm so pleased to have found it after riding accidents along the way have left me with multiple joint and muscle issues, diaphragm damage, and hunched shoulders. Highly recommend it for medical purposes and to keep you right in the saddle.

Great tool and support in one
I discovered the rider gilet after breaking my collarbone and using their Clavibrace clavicle fracture gilet. I was so impressed at how fast my fracture healed and how much my posture had improved that I decided to buy the posture version for riders. Now I don’t know what I’d do without it and recommend it to all those I teach.

A game changer for me
After my collarbone was removed I thought my riding career was over. Since discovering the rider gilet some years ago it has been a real game-changer for me. It supports my shoulder and compensates for my lack of strength as a result of not having a collarbone. I wear it for training and under my body protector when competing and thanks to the gilet I have fulfilled my lifelong dream of competing at Badminton Horse Trials.

Definitely feel the benefit
I have ridden in my gilet four times now and my lower back has zero pain after riding. My riding coach thought I was leaning to the right but the cross on the back showed that it was in fact, my horse that was dropping her hindquarters. The fit is very good and I feel it is beneficial to me and really helping with my horses' training too.

Brilliant for riding
Found this brilliant for riding. I’m disabled and it helps me so much with my spine problems which give me lots of pain but now I can ride. Thank you
